A note from our founder
A Journey of Healing, Reflection, and Reconnection.
I’ve been there. The point where it feels like you’ve given everything, and there's nothing left. Where your body is physically drained, and your mind is overwhelmed by the constant demands of work, life and personal responsibilities. I’ve lived through the exhaustion, the frustration, and the sense of being lost in it all.
For a long time, I didn’t have the language for it, but now I understand that burnout is not just physical fatigue—it’s the soul’s cry for rest. And rest is revolutionary.
I created the From Burnout to Balance Journal from my own experience, not just as a response to burnout, but as a way to heal from it. I know how easy it is to fall into the trap of over-giving, over-working and ignoring your needs because you feel like there’s just no other choice.
That was me. But somewhere along the way, I realised that ignoring myself only made the burnout worse. That’s when I began to set boundaries, reflect on my emotions and truly listen to my body and soul.Â
This journal is a companion to those who feel they’re at the edge, who are struggling to find their balance again. It’s for the people who’ve given so much to others, whether in their work, relationships, or responsibilities, that they’ve lost sight of what makes them feel whole.

I’ve designed it with the intention of helping you identify what burnout looks like for you - emotionally, physically, and mentally - so you can begin to take back control.
