A note from our founder
Reflection and Integration for Healing
Through my own healing journey, I’ve come to realise that therapy can be a powerful tool, but reflection and integration is the key to lasting healing.
Over the years, I’ve experienced therapy at several critical points in my life—during the loss of loved ones, after my father’s terminal diagnosis and following my own serious health challenges.
What I discovered through these experiences is that therapy opens up a lot of emotions, thoughts, and patterns that need time and space to settle. It’s not enough to just address these feelings in the session; we need a place to process them afterward.
Without a space to reflect and fully integrate what’s uncovered in therapy, emotions can linger, unresolved and resurface unexpectedly.
I created this journal to provide that safe space—a tool that helps you reflect on breakthroughs, process difficult emotions, and track your progress. It’s designed to ground you during and after therapy, allowing you to not only reflect but also carry that reflection into your daily life for lasting change.
Healing isn’t just about what we talk about in therapy—it’s about what we do with what comes up. This journal is a space for you to embrace, understand, and integrate your emotions, giving them the space they need to heal.
